We have an extensive range of both new and pre-owned holiday homes for sale to suit your needs and budget. The majority of our static caravans are made by the most popular and reliable manufacturers on the UK market today such as Cosalt, Atlas and Willerby Homes.

Most of the homes in our park are privately owned which gives the park that personal feel. Prices start from as little as £9,995 for budget models and move up to £45,000 for the larger and more advanced luxury models.

We take pride in supplying caravans homes for sale to a standard age of no older than 8 years. Both new and old home are sold with warranty and we can also arrange low rate fixed finance* (written details provided on request). Whichever model of holiday home you choose, you can be assured that it is sited properly, well maintained, furnished, recently serviced and ready for you to move into.

We offer facilities and services that ensure owning your own caravan is a pleasurable and hassle free experience.

Many of our owners sublet their caravans, when they are not using it themselves, to cover general running costs. The owner can either sublet their own caravan or utilise our service on park.

New sea developments are currently available. Competitive low rate finance schemes are available, and written quotations can be provided on request. All static caravan prices include siting, connection and the balance of the seasons site free.

How long is the park open?	Things to consider:   What are all the costs involved? Can we sublet to cover these costs? Do you guarantee the sublet income? When are the different costs due? The Park Facilities

Turnberry Holiday Park offers essential facilities to help owners enjoy themselves and feel at home away from home. A mini market opens daily for groceries and newspapers and there is a restaurant/takeaway to cater for all your needs along with a laundrette on park. The newly opened fully enclosed heated swimming pool is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day.

Our refurbished bar offers a range of entertainment which includes live bands and entertainment, pub quizzes and bingo. For families, there is a children's arcade and outdoor play area and a tranquil beer garden with heated lamps. Dowhill Country Fayre farm shop and restaurant are at the entrance to the park offering local produce such as producing home grown strawberries, beef, lamb, pork and poultry supplied by local farms.

The Local Area & Lifestyle

Our beachside holiday park is located in the heart of one of Scotlands most popular tourist destinations. Surrounded by rolling hills and sandy beaches, golf lovers can enjoy the many world class championship courses available within Ayrshire. The famous Westin Turnberry Resort and Hotel offers excellent spa and leisure facilities. Turnberry Holiday Park has a breathtaking view of the Ailsa Craig with its bird sanctuary. Girvan is the nearest sea side town with local tourist amenities and leisure centre. Culzean Castle is amongst many historic attractions along with Ayr just 20 minutes down the A77.

There is local trout and sea fishing facilities and the Turnberry Golf Course & Turnberry Hotel with its leisure facilities is 1 mile from the park. The ferry crossings to Larne and Belfast offer a chance to see Ireland from Dumfries and Cairnyan.

About Us

Turnberry Caravan Park is situated between Turnberry and Girvan, one of the most picturesque spots for caravans in Scotland. Just 18 miles from the town of Ayr, Scotland, situated just 250 metres off the A77. Under new ownership (Craigielands Leisure Ltd.) since December 2006 the park has seen constant investment including childrens facilities, indoor heated swimming pool, a refurbished bar, several park service upgrades and new caravan developments, resulting in large growth in caravans sales.

Our park offers a safe and secure environment for couples and families to experience the fresh sea-breeze air and the beautiful scenic sites along Scotland's Ayrshire coast. The park is open 1st March to end of November and from 27th December to 4th January.
